Signal Processor VS New NAVI

I have some equipment thats just been sitting around the house and I want to put it in my 04 Escalade EXT. Ive got a Concept 1200D and a Brahma MKII 15. In my truck I have a stock Navigation unit and Bose sound system im debating on weather to install a signal processor like the RF 3sixty.2 or just change out my stock Navigation for Aftermarket Navigation. If i Change out my stock Navigation I would want all the GM adapters so that i can use my bose system and keep my steering wheel controls XM ect. On a $400 Budget whats going to be my best option a signal processor or a new navigation?

you might can get a used Pioneer Z1 in that price range

yeah used but not the gmos 04 he would also need thats thing is like $100

+ steering wheel control interface is $50-$100 more

processor is your best option within your budget imo.
