signal feedback..

I doubt it's induced noise in the RCA's.

Might be a problem with your grounding.

Or possibly a problem with your preamp outputs.

Disconnect the RCA's from the HU and see if it goes away.

 
after disconnecting the rca's i get nothing..

Then it's either a poor ground, or bad preamp outputs. Grab a DMM and put it on the preamp outputs of the HU w/ the HU on pause or something (to where there should be 0V output)....if it registers some voltage output, then the problem is definitely the HU.

 
Sounds like you might be overdriving the inputs of the sub amp. Try lowering the gains a bit on the amp...or decreasing the input voltage going into the amp. If the amp has a selectable input voltage control...try the higher setting. This is a common problem when using line drivers with some amps....one product that is notorius for this is the AudioControl Overdrive unit.
