Well, I guess I am probably getting a new car finally after my accident..... But.......

It's a temp car until I get my settlement but It will most likely be a 1989 Nissan Sentra that has 48,000 miles on it. Not too bad for an older car, but I wish I had my Scion back =[

Nope, some old lady's car, my dad's friend owns a shop and this lady gave it to him because she can't drive anymore lol so hopefully soon I will have a car!

Yeah, but I wanted a nicer car, some guy rear ended me at 50 mph and it's gonna be close to a year until I get paid for that and get a nicer car that I worked for!

What, he did not have insurance or something? I have never heard of it taking a year. Will this be an insurance claim, or civil suit?

Not sure yet, but it was over a month ago, and they are just now paying off the loan that I had on the Scion. I am still undergoing treatment for my whiplash, I had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance and the doctors say my neck won't be the same for a good long time. His insurance can drag this on for a year, if it gets to that point, I have to file a civil suit with him.

Yeah man, a year? Thats a crock of shiat. Get on your ins company. Call them daily. They will get you $$$. They hate people bugging them. They know they have to pay, and they will hold out on you if you leave them to do their own thing. You have to harass them.
