*Sigh* :(

The amp you have should be more then sufficient for loud clear sound...

But how much volume did you really expect out of Alpine type R & S speakers ????
i was about to purchase some Polk MM6501 speakers. so you think the amp i have is legit and isn't "garbage"? i think that it could be fine, perhaps once i get better speakers, but i can't help but let the ambient noise discourage me :-\

Hmmmm try a different HU get an Eclipse that is where you could spend some good money right there...
To bad he missed out when I was getting rid of my CD7000 with BNIB IPC106 and GPS105.

Any amp by Diamond Audio, Boston, old school Hifonics, old school Autotek, old school Sony Mobile ES, old school Pioneer GM, old school MTX Thunders, old school Phoenix Gold Ti, Zx, etc, Audison, Helix Dark Blue, old school PPI, McIntosh, Zuki, old school Memphis, old school Soundstream, etc will all sound amazing.

Like I said its 90% install. You can have the best equipment and if you dont install and tune it right it will sound like Walmart crap.
