Something insane. 1/0 inputs with 125a of fusing. Somewhere in the ballpark of around 300-400@2 ohms a channel. But seeing as how that model has never been released by Diamond there arent going to be any bench tests or reviews on it.

okay. my hifonics has 120 amps of fuse and 300 watts per channel at 2 ohms :-\ CEA rated...is that just BS basically?

Puts out over 100 watts per channel of excellent sound quality goodness...

I dont care what anybody says. Maxxxonics over rates their garbage and they are dirty amps. If they do rated power its clipped as all hell. The only decent line is Autotek Mean Machine or the MB Quart DSC series.

so the VII Olympus would definitely be louder? Same with the diamond D9800.4?

well, that's a whole new monster. i'd be willing to do it, but i'd probably ask 10x mroe questions (because it's hard to sort through amps and get specs on them and reviews when they are no longer in production) which means i'd be 10x more annoying. but maybe i should do that... just settle with my hifonics amp for now, and take my time buying a used amp.
