side mirrors rattle

on my truck my side mirrors rattle a lot, outside the truck it is very annoyin and inside i think i can hear them if i get close to the window. Has anyone ever had this problem or know wut to do. Also any ideas would be helpful. thx

remove them. mirrors are as useless as turn signals.

(put some sound deadner behind them)
