That's algae. You need to get the pH balanced then start dumping in some liquid chlorine.(bleach)

but when she does the tests on it and itll show that the water needs the whole store worth of chemicals lol. its fun watching them do the water testing thing lol. how do you guys make the chlorine. or is it made already. ive always wondered this
