why cover the hifonics logo?

hifonics amps come with that on the amp to protect the emblem. He probably hasn't taken it off yet.

Thanks! When I recover the trunk I'm thinking of using a dark tan tweed material rather than carpet so it matches the interior colors of the car. I just thik the tweed is a little classier but still easy enough to work with for the casual DIY'er like myself. I was going to recover in vinyl, but I hear its much more difficult and very labor intensive. Is tweed pretty straight forward to work with like carpet or are there other considerations that have to be made?

@Darren: I'm guessing you have an e46...lol...do you mind taking pics of the process when you get around to it?

I have an e46 sedan and was planning on possibly doing something similar (with black vinyl though).
