Short Video : AudioQueHD315 rippen some paper

would have been more impressive if u didnt hold the paper in your hand and it rip instead of helping it rip by holding it in one spot.
yes it would have been but if i let go of the paper it would of either got blown away or sucked in.... which happened a few min after i took the video... had a fun time getting it back out //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

nice vids, lets get some flex outside the car. and how does that amp power your que?
The BXI2006D Powers the sub pretty **** well...

My port is to small compared to specs so I'm sure it would handle a lot differently with the right port..

The one i have right now is 2.5 wide 15 tall... 1/2 the recommended ..

anyways with my setup right now it seems as if it could take more power, no signs of physical stress on the sub.

how much power comin from the amp@ ohms and rms?

just think how much louder it would be if you had fold down back seats lol //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif Hella sub, good vids //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

benched my 2006d at under 1500 watts. mines wired at 1 ohm. good electrical system.

and the vids of port air movement are just stupid. any sub over 100 dollars can do that.

well that may be your opinion but many other people seem to enjoy it...

im pretty sure the $340 sub with 2.5" of throw will put out just a tad bit more air then a sub around $100 with maybe only ~22mm of excursion?... well thats my opinion

Im just trying to show how much air my little baby moves

The high amount of air movement is due to the small port, not so much from the sub. The sub is the driving factor but like said before, any cheap sub could do it. The sub is just driving the enclosure into resonance. The smaller the port, the higher the air velocity which is NOT a good thing. It may look cool, but it's really not a good thing at all.

yeah i see what you guys are talking about...

but any cheap sub would not do it as well.

I do not disagree with the port being small is a bad thing.

I do plan on building a new box with more cubes and a "bigger" port

but im limited on space.

The only way i can build a bigger box is to conform to the trunk which will be a pain in the *** .

I like simple squares =/

How do you guys think this sub would perform facing up in the tunk instead of to the back. I would be able to fit a bigger box that way.

I've moved this box 3 times:

-one time facing the rear [strongest]

-facing the front [not as strong]

-and inside my car facing forward [very weak]

Just want to tune my sub as well as i can

and share the experience with you guys.
