What shocker sig is better the big gap or tight gap and why?

This is an older big gap I am looking at getting but not sure what the difference would be.

For SPL the tight gap one is. But no room to allow for coil rock, so you'd better be playing test tones or nothing at all lol. For daily the big gap one is better.
