looks like your pushrod is wasted,,,,the ones you have are cheap OEM looking junk.....get a good set of one peice 3/8ths hardened manleys or comps..

and make sure you know the propa way to set lash

looks like the rocker just lost all its lash and popped off,

lash needs to be cranked down both the wrench and the allen key at the same time

but the hood looked like it fell out of an ugly tree, hit every branch on the way down, then the tree fell over on it, then rotted all over it, then a new ugly tree grew on top of it.

i don't like the hood...but it has to be there..if i had a choice, id put a stock one back on it

pulled the head....it's a valve....piston's ok, so new valve guide and valve and a lashing and should be out and running again for less than 100 bucks or so
