home depot has the foam board which is pretty good boxes **** to find right sizes last couple times ive bought from ups store and had to cut the box down alittle.

Wal Mart here sells small boxes and bubble wrap. UPS store sells everything, but its pricey. I wish we had a Container Store here, they have it all...

You'll need at least this:

2 boxes (one slightly larger)

lots of flat foam (comes in a large 4x8 sheet)

possibly pool noodles

a wooden frame (can be anything, easiest is 2x4's and plywood)
