Shipping stuff to hawaii, need some answers

Hi guys

I need to ship some stuff from California to Hawaii and probably alaska,

I'm planning to use the USPS flat rate box to ship my stuff,

the large box cost 13.95 to ship.

will this rate apply to this 2 places?

i shipped an amp flat rate to hawaii using usps and it was no different really.

flat rate can be used but will cost a little more than to ship to lower 48

shipping flatrate to hawaii cost me the same as shipping it to new york.
