For the math challenged, this translates into 1.8 gallons of silicone currently contained in the world's largest *****. The planned December surgery would take Sheyla Hershey to lugging around 2.6 gallons of silicone on her chest.
Her website shows Sheyla Hershey relatively clad - heck, with a set of 38KKK she needs to read up on Shanika's advice on the "Top 10 Bikinis for Busty Women" -- but it is doubtful that even this maven of busty couture can point Ms. Hershey in the right direction for some fabric that would have the stretch to cover the world's largest breasts.
Sheyla Hershey is a self described 28 year young wife and mother, who has had 18 surgeries, speaks five languages, owns a Brazilian record label, and works as an actress. Ms. Hershey's MySpace page is a bit of a mixed bag; it praises her as an artist and proud mother, and credits her with enticing Brazilians (girls, we are left to assume) to veer away from having booty implants to getting booby implants instead.
It is interesting that her MySpace comments are all sugar and spice and everything nice, while her website commenters take her to task for going under the knife to the extent she has, and still plans to. Most commonly mentioned are the havoc her breast augmentation is likely causing in her son's life, and then there are the facts that these breast implants are just, well, plain unnatural.
Here is what I want to know: what plastic surgeon is going to welcome Ms. Hershey into his office and then work with her to plot her two gallon silicone enhancement? The Daily Star suggests that physicians in the US have refused to operate further, but a Brazilian doctor did her last surgery and will undoubtedly also perform the next one.
