Nobody on ebay would ship first. You should have asked these questions before you bid.deal fell through i told him if he shipped first i would give him another 50 dollars on top of the winning bid and he said no. he wouldnt give me a phone number so i could contact him either he said he would just relist it. i dont know many people who wouldnt want to make an extra 50 bucks so oh well
Well he is going to risk $250 to gain $50. That is not a gamble I would take either.deal fell through i told him if he shipped first i would give him another 50 dollars on top of the winning bid and he said no. he wouldnt give me a phone number so i could contact him either he said he would just relist it. i dont know many people who wouldnt want to make an extra 50 bucks so oh well

He is right. PayPal does protect the buyer at the expense of the seller. It is a well known fact that sellers are the ones who take it in the *** when a deal goes south, regardless of who is at fault. PayPal does not care one bit about the sellers terms and conditions of the sale. They know that if you want to sell your stuff on eBay, you have to take PayPal payments. It is the biggest hose job, criminal, monopolistic scam known to man. Unless you sell stuff that you make 100%+ profit on, you are dumb for selling on eBay.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
