Severe dimming, then shut down.

obviously u know nothing bout electronics, the ground has everything to do with the way electronics work....... lol and my ground has never slipped, its not an open circuit, and its secure it never once fell of and became an open circuit.

maybe if you READ correctly you wouldn't fail.. I said the location of a ground has nothing to do with the electronics that it affects.. Batt up front doesn't just control electronics up there.. if the ground up front comes up all the electronics shut off.. if the ground from your amp comes up its an open circuit.. you have positive flowing and no grounding.. it will shut things off.. im sure its a great ground.. thats why you have no electrical problems..

OOPPsss

no, we just put the car in the shop for the window cause the driver side window had power problems so its fixed now, but it was in the shop for power problems. but they didnt do n e thing.

first of... Sand down where ever you are going to ground it.. Secondly.. Make sure it will go through the chassis.. dont just find a stray piece of metal.. thirdly.. Don't drill through shit you shouldn't be.. You have a grounding problem.. Maybe that one maybe a different one.. Or maybe(most likely not) your wires are shorting and for some reason the fuse isn't blowing.. but more than likely its your ground.. if you only have one amp start there.. make it as short as possible.. under 3 feet unless going back to the battery.. aftermarket h/u im guessing? check the ground on that next.. also you say Everything shuts off? thats an open circuit happening.. same thing as when you disconnect the negative on your battery..

i have it wired to the lights so i turn the lights on and the radio turns on, a friend did it for me idk why, but it shuts of then comes back on. but yes when its off it only takes the speakers, but when its on it only takes low bass. and it shuts off the HU and my amp.

as for when its off.. When you turn the head lights on i assume he just hooked the remote up to that... so it turns the headunit on but the power isn't being connected to the battery if you get what im saying.. The power to turn it on is but power to keep it on isn't... remote gets power.. power wire doesn't.. so a few secs of music bam its gone.. try turning the key on acc and see if it does the same thing.. as for when its on.. low bass as in freq or volume?

no, like i think its hooked up to the power cause i can keep it on for a really long time, its just when it get's turned up louder it turns off, i've kept it on just with the headlights for about 2 hrs before so its getting power. And when the cars on the low bass shuts it off at a certain volume, but, it doesnt alwayz shut it off. like i can listen to a song and when the low bass hits it shuts off and i turn it down like 4 notches and its fine then i can turn it up and sometimes it will stay on, then sometimes it will just shut off again. i usually listen to it at about 28/35 (volume) and if it shuts off at 28 i turn it down to about 25 and it will work. and then i can turn it back up and sometimes it will stay on. Never does the same thing. so it's kinda various if it wants to stay on then it will, but if not my HU and Amp shut off then turn on like 2 seconds later. and when low bass hits my Cap drops to about 12.22. But, im gonna try to take my ground out of its spot now and then and re-ground it in a better, shorter spot. but what do u think bout all that stuff?
