Severe alt whine problem (need help now brahs)

OK, so i hooked up my 6x9s today and amped them. So i had to run new RCAs and redo the ground. I am having severe alt whine and popping, and i don't even want to run my system like this. Now to find the culprit, what do you guys think it is?

That's your problem. Run the RCA's on the opposite side.

Youre running the type Rs on a saz 3500? I hope youre running it at 8 ohm and not 1.

How positive are you? The whine is really bad, and there is popping.

Everyone will tell you that. I made that mistake with my first install. After about a week of the whine, I moved the RCA's to the other side of my car and it went away.

OK, i will move them tonight. I forgot to say this, but i am worried i may have blown a speaker as a result to this, because even with the car off i keep getting a loud popping noise.

Yup, isolate the RCA's from the power wire. That's likely to solve the problem.

If you're still having issues after that, it could be a poor ground or faulty RCA's.
