what shoudl each setting be on the back??

If you are running ported. Subsonic on

Bass boost at zero always

LPF start at 80hz

Gain is used to match your headunits preout voltage. There is no right answer from here.

....by any chance does the amplifier have the punch eq and freq along with a normal LPF freq...or just the punch one?
