SE's or SX's!!

The money really isnt that problem because I have enough for both setups. I want it to be loud but i also gotta have sq. I was gonna either go with 2 15" SE's ported or 2 12" Sx's ported.......Ive never used 15's so I dont know if they would sound as accurate as the 12's....I want a huge upgrade in spl too. Right now i have 2 SE 12's sealed in an eclipse. I want to hear a huge upgrade in this new setup in a explorer sport.....tell me what u guyz think...2 15" se's or 2 12" sx's?

cuz i want a very noticible change from my se's now.....and plus it wont cost me too much to get 15's when i sell the 12's......and ive got sum extra cash...jus kinda nervous about 15's dont kno if they will b accurate enough

A pair of SE 12's properly ported is very loud and has better SQ then the SX's, especially on the low-end. IMO

I going to agree with most people here and suggest you port the SXs

if you want a huge upgrade in spl.... PORT YOUR SE'S!!! thats all i can say. it will be a huge increase vs. your currently sealed se's. and if its still not enough for you, then you can get the 15's

well how bout gettin the 2 15" SE's and porting them....im gonna get a nice box built so w/e i get is permanent....so i think i wanna go 15's to b safe...has ne1 used se 15's? if so can they keep up with faster beats and sound pretty good?

A speaker's size has no bearing on it's accuracy. This is the speakers build and box dependant.

So the 15 will be just as clean as the 12.

thanks triger thats what i wanted to know......now all i need is to sell my se 12's......ne suggestions on the size of the box for each se 15.....want it loud but sq is still important?
