if so, compare that to a DP for daily SPL, i want the loudest system possible i can get in my trunk

Never used a DP...but I'd say with decent power, either woofer would be close in output...

i see, i was always thinking baout XXX's. then posted asking about DP's now its MT's but DP's are still in the runnin, i wanna compete a lil bit, get a bigger alt and maybe two yellow tops

nah im good, when i mean 2 orion 2500d's id use two for competing if nessacary

i have a gprix and i sold my old system of 4 PG 12s and a 1800 watt amp ... then i realized 4 12s would easily fit. so now i ordered 4 more and a 2200 watt amp. you can fit a large amount in the trunk. it was either 4 12s, 3 15s, or 2 15s for me. i also considered an MT 18"
