Sent several amps to Sergey and won't answer my calls or emails. I'd like to file charges against him and his company. It'd help if you guys would tell your stories.

He has one of my crossfire vr4000ds and has a bunch of amps from a friend of mine in BC. From what I've heard Sergey just dissapeared and left everything behind without saying anything.

yes, his company is crap..... I wrote a review of KBaudio a while back. sent off a mint condition PPI PC2150 to have the RCA inputs replaced and it came back damaged, scratched up, etc.... very poor service. And yes trying to get ahold of him is very difficult. After weeks of him having my amp and no response I emailed him telling him to just send my amp back unfixed that I would find someone else. Sure enough it came back a couple weeks later, but not in the mint condition it went out in, nor in near as good packing job either.

hope you get your amps back.

btw.... on the flipside I HIGHLY reccomend United Radio Service (out of syracuse NY if I remember correctly).

they repaired my 9855 and it came back looking brand new, packaging and all. Very fast service, and great quality of service. reasonably priced too.

Had a horrible experience, was without my amp for 2.5months.

Sent it in with all original materials and box...

Came back in a random *** box, full of packing peanuts. With ONLY the amp in it. Also, didn't get a bench test or report paper.

Horrible service, even when I called... and asked about my parts/box... they said they'd call back. Never did.

I sent a Tantrum 1200.1 to him in the factory box with factory packing. He kept it for about a week or two. I called and he said it functioned perfectly there. So I said well it doesnt but just send it back. It came back in a different box with peanuts for packing, still not working.

Lawsuit should of been filed long long long ago on these turkeys. I sent him an amp a couple of years ago to get a couple of FET's replaced, and I got it back with the exact same parts in it that it left my possession with. When I called Sergey out on it pubilically he posted this big thread on my fourm on how it was impossible that the amp in question wasnt fixed and how people should continue to use his service. Yeah on some older transactions that took the normal KB Audio time of two months I noticed the same thing...With the amp not working too. Send it back and then it'd get fixed for real that time and it came back OK. Like everyone else it seems too over in the caraudioforum.com packing sucked and not in the box I sent him which was much better. Can you recommend someone else for fixes?
