I have a 5.1 music system that has a crappy sub. I also have a very nice 2.1 in the same room. They are completely separate. Can I ditch the crap sub from my 5.1 and somehow wire the music sub into my 5.1 setup at the same time? Thanks!

sub is a polk dsw pro 500.

well it has line in/out, as well as speaker in/out. So basically I can hook it up with either RCA's or speaker wire.

Could I just do RCA's for the music receiver, and then run speaker wire to the movie receiver?
