(Semi) Broken Amplifier...

So I'm an idiot, and I managed to blow one of the two channels on my TiS audio 2500w amplifier, reducing its output to a mere 650w RMS. The broken channel outputs 44.5v dc. I'm guessing that everything down the line on that channel is blown except for the power supply. Am I correct in assuming this?

I know that every single piece of equipment I own sucks. I work fast food //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif and that's only part time, so I have enough money to cover my rent and nothing else... The entire stereo cost me less than $300 all together... What sort of system would you recommend assuming I have ~2000 to spend total? My vehicle is a dodge caravan if that helps. I'm just doing what I can for now...
