Well, the regular Damplifer is 63 mils, vs. v1se's 70 mils...Damp Pro is 80 mils, but is it worh *that* much of a price jump when I can do 140 mils of eDead for cheaper?
Just wondering...
My sources have told me to only go for Dynamat Extreme or SS Damplifier Pro... When I asked about eDead and other such stuff, they laughed a little and then said it was the "cheap stuff". My IASCA pal actually pointed out that eDead and Raamat and a lot of the other lower end stuff was actually the same stuff from the same supplier... [conspiracy!] He then told me that the spray on stuff was very much worth avoiding. So here is how I see it... if my friends won't put this stuff in their car, I won't either.
Ant, while being a nice guy, would probably concur. We really are getting this stuff at nearly dealer prices/at cost.
I'm probably going to pick up b/w 30-80 sq ft myself... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Its costly, and I don't have personal experience, but I hear its darn worth it.
Just some pals, none of them frequent this forum though. The IASCA one had the loudest VW [spl] in the state for like 4 years back in the 90's. (I think it was the 90s) That guy is the nuttiest audiophile I have ever met... and I consider myself pretty bad. (my realm is not car audio, I am more into pro audio myself)who are your sources? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif
shit thats still pretty steep! i think i'll stick to e-dead......works out to $4/sq.ft. of their entry level product if you buy only 10 sq. ft., $3.40/sq. ft. if you buy 40 sq. ft. of their entry level product. from what i understand it's a great product, but would have to hear from others if it's 3-4x improvement over edead. regardless, big ups to him for extending the group buy!
are you gonna use all five gallons?
do those b-stock deals include shipping? i was too lazy to add to cart and run thru a transaction to see.
