Second Skin Luxury Liner

Have any of you tried this out before? What application did you use it in? Did you put it on its own, or over existing deadening, etc? Would it be a good addition to a layer of Raamat BXT and Ensolite (with BXT, Ensolite, Luxury Liner being the bottom-to-top order)? I'd be putting it on the floor only and my goal is to reduce road noise.
