I can't believe they even give seatbelt tickets. Who the **** cares if you wear a belt or not in your own car. It would be like telling you not to turn the TV on after 10PM in your own house. And then having cops peek in random house windows to give tickets out for it. Seems like a good way for them to make money.
I've also been in a few wrecks since I was 16, from about 16-20 I always wore my seatbelt. The couple of wrecks I was in my only injuries were a big *** bruise from the seatbelt and air bag burns. After that I quit wearing it, have been in a couple more due to 2 idiots pulling out in front of me. No injuries except a hurt hand from the air bag slinging my left arm into the window. So I don't wear them either anymore. To have someone try to fine me for that in my own car seems a bit ridiculous. How is my seatbelt being on or off affecting anyone's life at all but mine?

Not sure if anyone has said this yet, but maybe you should put your seatbelt on.
i got pulled over for going 7 over .... i know right.. i forgot to put my seatbelt on and he gave me a warning for speeding and a whopping $10 ticket lol

wearing a seatbelt is not hard at all.. no reason not to.. yes getting a ticket is assanine.. but they can tell us not to smoke weed, commit *******, and other shit to harm ourselves.. america is ****ed up..

fl seatbelt tickets are 75.. and cravingbass.. only reason they told you to slowdown was to see if you had it on as its still not a stopable offense in its own in fl
it is a stoppable offence here florida now , that just went into law a few months ago. now they can pull you just for that without any other reason. i suggest darker tint so they can't see if you are wearing one or not but then you'd probably rack up a bunch of illegal tint tickets
