Why do black people drive in the backseat?

Alot of my black friends drive with their seats reclined all the way back, almost as if theyre sitting in the backseat. Ive also come to notice that when they turn or are driving in a parking lot, they lean all the way up and wrap both arms around the steering wheel, while looking very cautious like a meercat or something of the sort. This seems rather uncomfortable, why not just sit properly in the seat?
