commision in sears FTL. I had a friend that worked for sears for years but got straight time not commision and had 401k and everything. she just recently quit because she is a court reporter now.

well i just got back. i thought i was going to piss myself on the way there. i got there and had to wait 30 mins so i pissed. they called me in and i couldnt so i chugged like 30 oz's of water and had to piss like 2 mins later. they called me to try again after 20 friggen minutes. i was about to piss on their chairs. i think i passed. 2-24 hours they said for results to get to sears. then they should call me.

^^ X2, he couldnt put it anybetter. You really do want to become chummy with the other staff the first day. Otherwise, once you start gunnin for your paychecks, they'll probably just end up thinking you are some management brown noser... and that doesnt make for a very pleasent experience or fun time. And also just like he said, he have to be fake. That's all there is to it. You not giving a shit whether or not a customer buys Item A or Item B when they are the exact same thing doesnt put money in the wallet.

seriously most of the time at sears it doesnt matter how much you kiss *** theres going to be another salesman that doesnt like you. So dont try to hard to please everyone.

hopefully i will pass. 48 hrs clean, working a deadly sweat , fruit eating and detox drink. thats how my girl did it and she passed. its just that commision thats killin me.

first off. try staying clean. 2nd when you place a large sales order or something like that there will likly be paperwork you will fill out with the cust and you will get the commision because your name will be on the sales receit
