Need a 400 watt rms amp at 2 ohm period... cant find a single one and im not gonna buy a kicker 400.1 for 230 bucks thats dumb.

I need it for mtx terminator dual 12 enclosure. 400 rms total

get something that puts out more and keep the gain down, gives you head room for later

Audiopipe 1000W mini should give you about that @ 2 ohm and IIRC can be had for about 100$ Rather popular choice for inexpensive power.
