oh and there is no cancelation with the box all the way to the back facing foward, i think cause the sound waves cant go backwards since the box is to the back. im not an expert but it works

How does it sound with the seats up? Or does it not make a difference?

put some dynamat or something like that around the box and on the panels that u made... also seal ur rear deck
