Well could I do it?

People decided they wanted to help me after I did something wrong! lol, not before I built my box...

So I guess my box is way to small for 2 12" subs... I don't really want to spend the 25$ for a new box, and I want it done soon.... Can I seal a ported box? Or would that just ****?

ANYWAY.... I don't have enough room for 2 12" R's ported...

So these are my options...

1 ported.

2 sealed...

If anyone could chime in w/ opinions, and ideas for boxes! that would be greatly appriciated..

Ported boxes usually need MORE room than sealed (for the same settup), and if your is sealed and too small, your running outta options son.

Polyfill

Edit:

Yeah, totally read that all wrong...

Just glue and screw a board over it.

Would that sound good???? I mean guess it's worth a try... If it doesn't work I need a new box anyway... But it would be nice to have that one still, and glue is irreversable..

Yeah, just that little bit of a gap won't hurt to see if you like or or not.

Can always get some non hardening clay and use that as temporary fix to see if you like also

Alright... I got some good insulation, it was like a puffy half circle, w/ adhesive on one side... I put that all around the port, and around the back of the license plate, and and "X" through the middle... That thing rattled like no other... It could easily be heard over the bass.. lol..

I'll tell you how it works out once I get it up and running....
