If I wanted my comeback I would have wiped it off your mothers chin.Nah,i'm not trying to be like you.
I was thinking about a wall, but i'm claustrophobic.helped a friend wall off the trunk of his malibu bout a year ago. we used great stuff to seal off the edges around the wall, worked but it was a ***** to get the box back out...

Much apprecitaed.Hey, i'm doing the exact same thing to my Nissan Sentra. my 2 12" Ma Audio HK12x2's are going to be walled off like a blowthrough style enclosure that u see in trucks. i only have 31.5" to work with inbetween my struts. so im doing a 5.5" port inbetween the 2 12s.(the 12s equal out to be 25" and to me these sound better in the 5.5" port than any other port 4"-8")... im utilizing the entire trunk, so my box will be a 2-piece enclosure... the front piece is the part that goes inbetween the struts, the rear piece is the body. its gonna be tuned to 28hz - 32hz... one of them. cardboard with greatstuff from walmart to seal off the everything (maybe spray paint the greatstuff or sand it smooth to carpet it - just so it wont look so **** bad.) but honestly, i wouldnt recommend doing this unless it's going to be a permanent setup. cause u are going to catch HELL getting it out, and cleaning that " great stuff " up.
that's what we did to his malibu. we did a box for a 15 with a 6 inch aero tho. I'd plan on doing a false floor as well if I were you, really helps clean up the look of the trunk IMOHey, i'm doing the exact same thing to my Nissan Sentra. my 2 12" Ma Audio HK12x2's are going to be walled off like a blowthrough style enclosure that u see in trucks. i only have 31.5" to work with inbetween my struts. so im doing a 5.5" port inbetween the 2 12s.(the 12s equal out to be 25" and to me these sound better in the 5.5" port than any other port 4"-8")... im utilizing the entire trunk, so my box will be a 2-piece enclosure... the front piece is the part that goes inbetween the struts, the rear piece is the body. its gonna be tuned to 28hz - 32hz... one of them. cardboard with greatstuff from walmart to seal off the everything (maybe spray paint the greatstuff or sand it smooth to carpet it - just so it wont look so **** bad.) but honestly, i wouldnt recommend doing this unless it's going to be a permanent setup. cause u are going to catch HELL getting it out, and cleaning that " great stuff " up.
any plans to beef the trunk up? omho, a nissan trunk is pretty flimsy. i had one, and didn't eve like reflecting to the rear of the trunk..... evan after ******* the latch down tight as i could, and matting the lid/sides....have you had success with it already?Hey, i'm doing the exact same thing to my Nissan Sentra. my 2 12" Ma Audio HK12x2's are going to be walled off like a blowthrough style enclosure that u see in trucks. i only have 31.5" to work with inbetween my struts. so im doing a 5.5" port inbetween the 2 12s.(the 12s equal out to be 25" and to me these sound better in the 5.5" port than any other port 4"-8")... im utilizing the entire trunk, so my box will be a 2-piece enclosure... the front piece is the part that goes inbetween the struts, the rear piece is the body. its gonna be tuned to 28hz - 32hz... one of them. cardboard with greatstuff from walmart to seal off the everything (maybe spray paint the greatstuff or sand it smooth to carpet it - just so it wont look so **** bad.) but honestly, i wouldnt recommend doing this unless it's going to be a permanent setup. cause u are going to catch HELL getting it out, and cleaning that " great stuff " up.
