Sealing a hole cut out in door panel for small-format tweeter

I plan to sell or trade-in my 1998 Ford Ranger to finally buy a new car. The condition of the vehicle is already not the best, as I am having problems with the transmission and the paint on the hood is chipping. Therefore I am not expecting to receive full value. I have 1-7/8" holes cut out for the tweeters near the window cranks.

What would be a quick and INEXPENSIVE way to fill these holes? Maybe cut a ring out of 1/4" hardboard using the same holesaw then somehow attaching it to the door panel. Well then I'm stuck with trying to copy the color/texture/sheen of the original door panel.

Or I could buy some $10 tweeters that fit the hole, but then would not look stock.

What would you do? If the vehicle was in better condition I would be motivated to put more time/effort/money into resolving this matter...

Thanks!

Stick a sign on the door,

Or you could go to the hard ware store and get some rubber grommits and stuff them in there. Your choice.
