ok i need a price check on 12" SE's people have said it was 169(W/Shipping) dollers a piece then i heard 180(w.Shipping) then i heard 185(w/shipping) whats the right price does anything here know? thanks for any info...

Also, You might wanna look into an amp other then the Hifonics BX1500D. Not counting the numerous online probs... A good friend of mine is having probs with his. ive called and Emailed i would email and they wouldnt email me back and i call and coudlnt get thru... i was posting cause im sure someone has order SE's and was wondering what they paid..

That is a great amp. At 2.66 ohms, it should put out about that much power. If you read up on that amp, you will find that more often to not, its overrated at 2 and 4 ohms. That amp should be run at 1 ohm to really shine. So dont bitch about a good amp cause ur friend is disappointed in its 2.66 ohm output. Maybe he should have bought some subs that wired in at 1 ohm or even an even 2 ohms.

well as alot of people know im real new to audio im still stuck on the wireing options for SE's so let me get this correct its wired 4ohms if you run speaker wire from your subs to the box terminal... for both subs each... then for it to be 1ohms you wire both subs with one speaker wire to the box terminal? people have told me different things so im still confussed about it..

user this wiring wizard http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/rftech/wiringwizard.asp to help u. SE's are dual voice coil 4 ohm woofers. so u can wire them 1 of them to a 2 ohm load or an 8 ohm load. if using two SE's then u can wire to a 1 ohm load or 4 ohm load.

yeah on those pictures which it shows you but on a subwoofer box there are 2 different terminals and the pictures show 2 subs being wired as 1ohms but only to one terminal that what confusses me.. didnt think you could do it that way

are you using a prefab box, b/c you don't have to have terminals....? i'm slightly confused by the terminal thing
