guy at work was looking for a 10 to replace his memphis pr that he had blown( sounds like the shop that installed his gear had the gains all the way up). anyway his has a c5 corvette. his box is a prefab that fits in the rear hatch where the single 10 faces up. he has 300 watts rms at 2 ohm to work with. would this sub be good for a sealed inclosure if anyone knows? other recommendations round this price? dude is like 65 and only listens to jazz.

For sealed applications, I'm a big fan of the Dayton HF line. I'm sure the AQ will work fine though.

For sealed applications, I'm a big fan of the Dayton HF line. I'm sure the AQ will work fine though.

^^This. The HF's are very very nice subs and they have plenty of output too but my favorite thing about them is the low distortion. I would go with those over the Aq's if you are running sealed.

Yeah, it only comes in S4 and S8.

i have a few prices that were quoted to me by dustin(southeast dealer)

only thing is you cant get any of their subs for another 5 weeks because they dont have any motors left. their workers in china went on strike
