I used 1 and 3/4 inch screws at school but at home we have a big box of 2 inch screws, wouldhtey work fine? also whatg kind of filler should i use to fill the screw holes?? ALso what kids on siclicon should i use for puting in a plexi window?

What type of thread are the 2" screws?

Use wood putty for wood, I use the elmers stuff that comes in a squeezable tube, really easy to get into the countersunk hole...

i use coarse thread 6x2 drywall screws on my boxes all the time so id say 2 inch screws would be fine.

two inch is huge IMO. one and 1 1/4 inch w/ gorilla glue is all i'd ever use.

wood screws, also you would use silicon rite to put in plexi or what else do u use? also im screwing it u have to pre drill it first rite? also can u use normal wood drill bits?

yes predrill it wont crack that way, and yes use wood bits.

use a counter-sink. its a drill pit that creates a hole for the screw to sink into. it'll save you a lot of cracks. its really cheap too.

ok also along the seal of the mdf in conresn and wehre wood meets other wood what do u use along the seal?, also what else do u need to fill larger crakcs?

make sure u predrill, then counter sink, then screw the screw in.

every countersink i've used has a drill bit at the end of it.....

Do you squirt the gorilla glue/liquid nails in then screw in on top of that or will the glue expand, causing crackage?

thats rather unecessary. just glue where wood pieces meet, and caulk all the corners.
