fo real? Thats nuts.I heave heard if you hit the ground it can create a heart attack
I also use to have a huge stereo in my room, with a time that was never set that would turn on almost ful blast in the middle of the night...... I still dont know to this day if it was dreams or the real thing....happened about 3 times a week
so if you know what it is, remember it's all fake.Sleep paralysis occurs when the brain awakes from a REM state, but the bodily paralysis persists. This leaves the person fully conscious, but unable to move. In addition, the state may be accompanied by terrifying hallucinations (hypnopompic or hypnagogic) and an acute sense of danger [3]. Sleep paralysis is particularly frightening to the individual due to the vividness of such hallucinations
I do too, but when what happened in my dream happens in real life, then I immediately know that I experienced it in a dream. For example, last Saturday, I helped my friend move into a new house, and I had deja vu while I was there. It couldn't have been a prior experience, because that was the first time I'd ever been there. If it is deja vu then I'm missing out, I forget all of my dreams now
dude i do the same shit, its fvcking scary. i fell asleep watching a movie i woke up, could hear it and see it but couldnt move. my body was numb and i kept hearing a wierd voice. u have to almost fight ur body to moveI was just on here about 1/2 and hour ago and went to go watch tv when I fell asleep. Right when I fell asleep I woke back up but couldn't move besides moving my eyes. Then I started hearing a noise like a train stopping and screeching. I knew about this sleep paralysis before but never experienced it. My heart is still pounding though but it just ended
you have to have REM sleep. Your brain turns off some shit to make you stop moving, and then you wake up and it hasn't turned back on yet.Deja Vu is the weirdest shit. I know exactly what jman means with that. I can't even count the number of times where I think something has happened before, and it hasn't.
I get the twitch a lot. Only weird thing ever is when I woke up with scratch marks on my face resembling a human hand. We'lre talking, noticeable scratches my friends gave me quizzical looks for. I didn't recall a dream where I had an itch or was fighting anything. Hell, I didn't even wake up panicked as if it were a nightmare. I wonder what kind of conditions have to be present to induce sleep paralysis.
I have came close to collapsing once getting up but just sat back down on the bed. at that same instant I couldn't see for about 5 secondsI have only had something like that happen twice though now that I remember it.
One was with my arm. I couldn't move it, but then moved my other arm and pushed it below my heart to get blood flowing again, and everything was fine.
Secondly, I got up from my bed, and then just crashed. My legs completely gave out. No pain, just like a instant flop onto the ground. Got back up and everything was fine.
