Lately since late last year there have been a group of scammers that sell these speakers. What they do is drive around and stop by people who are interested in buying some theatre audio because there was a supposed extra invoice or they have an overstock and need to get rid of them.

Well long story short, my cousin got scammed last nuight by the blockbuster on Ryders Lane near milltown. He went to rent a DVD and these 2 white boys in vans stopped by him and asked if he was interested be cause they had an overstock and nee to get rid of them. What they did was showed him the Catalogue showing the speakers and subs for 3K while covering the brand name and what not. He sold them to him for 350, the Theater Logic T2450 or something. We checked online and found them to be 100. So now my cousin is pissed and is out looking for them around the milltown plaza area.

These guys are extremely well known for there smooth talking. These guys have hit Fresno, Cal, The Texas area, and NJ. Beware of anyone who stops next to you and asks if you are interested in home audio. Say no, get the liscence plate number, Vehicle and color. Don't report it to the local police but do contact the state police. These guys are under major investigation for mulitple offenses and tax evansions. With your help we can hit these guys hard.

Holy crap. They hit me up 3 times so far. 2 at the navy federal credit union bank and one time on the street. I was rolling home and they yell over to my car If I wanted to buy some home stereo speakers. I guess because they heard my music. They are anoying bastards. Hey you want to buy some speakers?

Next time I'm going to punch the Fer in the spleen and call teh cops on teh anoying biotch...

RIGHT ON. These people are everywhere literally. If you haven't seen them, then chances are you'll see them eventually.

this happended to me about 2 weeks ago in the parking lot of cc in lewisville texas.

they said they just got done with a job and somehow the company sent them an extra set of speakers.

they showed me a catalog and was saying the towers were $1600.

he said he works for a home audio place or something.

it was 2 guys in a 2005 dodge durango.

they were tryin to pressure me into buying them.

Those guys stopped(blocked) me in the middle of a busy taco bell parking lot a few months ago. They are **** determined to sell you something. I just turned my music up and claimed I couldn't hear a word they were saying. From what I've read online, They're usaully selling some crappy towers worth about $100. If you can talk them in to that price why not try em out?

I hope I see these guys. I will beat them up and if they have any shit in their van (or whatever they're driving) then I'm stealing that stuff too. They won't be able to call the cops on me because the cops are after them. You can't lose if you see these guys.

I would never buy a set of speakers I knew nothing about off some random dude, especially for $350. He need to sharpen up on his street smarts..... sorry to hear bout that though, that sux.

A white cargo van?

Nah, you guys are seeing things...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
