Just found out that the address is fake too. He must have changed it or some thing (not sure if you can do that on ebay/paypal). The zip code and address do not match.

well yeah... next time you, your cousing or anyone uses paypay, pay the extra 3-4 bucks on the option of "garuanteed money back" if scammed option.

send paypal the shipping label that proves it didnt weigh anything...that it was empty

be cautious of escrow services though, there are a ton on stories where people would buy a car on ebay, send thier money to a fraudulent escrow for a car that never existed and they are officially fukked out of 20 grand or something. Online auctions are scary- I pay more retail usually for my own peace of mind. Sorry you..ERRR your cousin got jammed.
