I am James of Main Frame Futures in Fl,I came across the posting of your Laptop on Ebay and i am really interested in purchasing it for a friend as gift,I will pay $1500 for the Laptop and i want to pay for it as soon as possible today.

Get back to me immediately if the Laptop is still available for sell.

well if they have the money accept pay pal only and shipp to confirmed address only , and have it shipped so that person has to sing in order to recive it, and dont touch the money untill the package has been signed and recived so they cant come back to paypal and take their money back and screw you out of 1500+ dollars

that is what i was thinking but i would have to end the auction early and if he doesn't come through i'm screwed. he has 100% feedback but only 15 feedback.

Ive done a couple transactions over ebay like that.

I really dont see an issue as long as you get the money first. I mean hes willing to buy and you call it a scam? Most scams are the other way around.

Suuuuure...Sell it outside ebay with no protection. All the dude has to do with Paypal is file a claim and say "item not as described" and he is out everything. Atleast with ebay he has records of how everything was before it left. He will also have "some" seller protection.
