They paypal u the money, then u use it and then it gets canceld payment on his part. So u end up oweing ur bank w/e amount he paid u, plus u loose the item. They do this all the time.

You can also pic the option where u have to approve the bidders before their bids are acceoted or you have an option to decline. Anyone from africa nigera def stay away from.
