Also, for the first and last time, being busy is NOT an excuse for lagging on transactions. If you're too busy to sell stuff, then don't do it at all. SBLAZER is the stupidest e-tard on the net.

I saw him on AIM I think friday and saturday. I you might have to wait til this weekend til he gets online. I talked to him saturday but didn't know about this thread so I couldn't shoot it to him for ya.

I talked to him on wensday about fixing one of his orions and asked him about the tracking.He said not last friday but, the friday before he shipped it.He told me before that he was going to ship it 2 day witch now i know that can't be true because it's going on 11 days from that friday.He told me he would find the tracking wensday and hasn't emailed me and i even cut into his FS thread for his sub to pm me.I see he hasn't posted in a little while also.I bought 2 broken amps off him and i ended up getting only one because he told me later the other ended up working so he would refund me for the other.So now i have no amp and he told me when he sells his sub he would pay me for the refund.Now i'm worried no one will buy it because no one gets there stuff lately.I haven't seen him on AIM or maybe hes hiding his AIM from me?

Thanks,Everytime i talk to him i never get upset and give him the dought he is tell me the truth.I got a amp that was to be repaired from another member friday and fixed it on the weekend and it went out today.I never want to hold on to anything for to long and i know i'm responsible to other to get it out a.s.a.p.!He didn't have to do anything but, throw it in a box and ship it.I gave him more than enough money.

Just do a search I'm sure there are more TCAB/Mark Pott threads than there are audio related. That also has absolutely nothing to do with this situation. I'm trying to get a hold of Tobias to get his side of this and find out where things stand on his end.

This guy is actually worse for the team than mark expecially if he is risking your kicker sponsership.

No but if a team is sponsered by a company (team not a member of a team) and a member is reselling equipment since he is part of the team it is look upon as the team is violating the agreement for sponsership. Which means essentially they can either demand he is removed from the team to keep the team sponsership or will just drop the team and require the members to apply for individual sponserships. So he is putting the team at risk if he is indeed selling sponsership bought equipment.
