saz 3000d going into protect mode (HELP)

head unit pioneer 8000bt.. 80hz set at +1 bass boost at +2 and hes right amp gain is only 1/4 up at the most

Protects at bouts 30 on head unit max volume is 50 on unit

my remote wire had a notch out of it about 7 months back were my seats folded up and down and that caused my amp to go into protect....took me a month to find that problem....always worth a shot haha

+1 with the remote wire , Have you tried new speaker wires?/what size?

Any pics of where the grounds connect to the chasis. Looks like I should have stayed a bit and helped.

When you did your big 3 did you sand everthing down to the metal? I have two 3000ds and they are monsters. My back batterys got disconnected from the front battery / alt and my 3000d played with my batt down to 8 volts. The amp is rock solid

yes thats almost always a sign of a bad ground.

ok so ur saying run a ground from engine block to amp would stop this ?

no, i would say to check all of your grounds... like i told you, do an ohm check for each ground to chassis... a ground can look great, but still not have good continuity
