Say goodbye to your HD-DVD players, Blu Ray is here to stay...

as I understood it, the "producers" didn't want to release the movies in HD or BR because the added resolution would show the viewers more of the imperfections of the actors bodies.

stretch marks are NOT attractive, especially on 110" screens.

Sure eventually one will win, but not for several years, so far i paid 130 bucks for my x360 add on, when one wins out i will still end up with my hd dvd player and whatever movies i bought for it, then, if BR wins i will pick up one of those. Not a big deal to me, i just picked up HD for transformers and it was cheap. Oh and if a BR player goes under 200 i will pick one up.

I still see HD-DVD winning on the video front as it has more features while Blu Ray may win on the PC front for data storage.
I honestly don't understand why you think features on disc really mean a flying **** when your watching a movie...picture and sound, /story

woo...I can see where they filmed the picture and what the director was eating when he got the inspiration...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif
