sax 100.4 keeps goin in protect

I recently bought this off another member. I first hooked it up and had distortion issues.So I hooked up my PPI pc4400 and they pretty much went away. Well I am trying to tune it again today and now the sax keeps goin into protect mode. All of my amps are grounded to the same spot with 14 volts. WTF. I still have till october for warranty. Anyone have a number that I can contact Jacob at? This was a b-stock but I was told that it would be 100%. My other 2 amps are fine, just the sax goes into protect? What to do?

well Jacob pmd me back fast. Looks like I will be sending it out to him. Maybe I can figure out what the problem could be tho. Gotta go work on kick panels too.
