Yeah, I've used both seemed a little more livelier sound in JL's favor but I have the v2.

The JL puts out about 50 watts more per channel, you might as well stick with the JL.

I say to do price and customer service, plus actual power being much higher then ratted, not to mention killer price direct from Sundown, the 100.2 would get my vote.
