Saw one of the worst things in my life today

See...the problem with the guy telling you to leave his personal bias. I don't know you or how old you are but you could be a paramedic, physician, nurse or some other person in the medical field qualified to aid the victim. If he perhaps was more seriously injured because of the one fellow's bias, it could open him up to serious lawsuits on behalf of the diabled motorcyclist (when recovered) because his (the swinging fellow) action obstructed him from recieving aid, which I am sure is a crime.

good way to look at it. And yes, that should be a crime. I do know CPR, first aid and have a few other certificates... Nothing special but I probably could have helped a little more than someone who had no experience at all. I don't know what kind of experience the others that were there had tho.

You did right by calling for help, and I would have kicked that dipshit in the balls that tried to puch you, and if there was a curb around, knocked his goddam teeth down his throat with it (Hollywood smile) What a dick.

So, I'm driving on a highway, and it's really busy with traffic... Cars were not moving at all. so I'm sitting in traffic and bumpin my music (no houses around, or people to annoy)... then I see a pissed off guy on a motor bike (probably came from around 20 cars behind me) in my rearview just swerve through traffic and in both lanes of the road and driving like a nut. He flies by me (just cutting in and out of cars because nobody was moving) and gets about two cars ahead of me, when his bike spins out and he flies off it, his bike hits another car. I hear the crash and see glass fly everywhere and the guy barely moves... so I turn my music down (because it can only annoy people in a situation like this) and I'm really scared... I started to se a few cars around me pull over to make room for ambulances or other help vehicles and to help the guy.
I was pissed that the guy was doing that, but trying to be a nice guy I pull my car off the road, get out and I try to help... There is already about 5 other drivers who got out to help too. I get out and I ask "anyone need a phone to call for help?" and then I get this stupid reply from only 1 of the guys out there - "**** off moron, get back in your **** car and blast your gay music somewhere else... get the **** out of here". So I say, no I'm gonna help... only to have the guy come up and push me away and the guy took a swing at me trying to hit me... so I get in my car, and call for help anyways just to be sure it was coming.

But it was the worst site I ever saw, blood everywhere... and this guy is down and I didn't know what to do to help. Was I wrong or being an ******* in this situation? did I do the right thing? I think I tried to help as much as possible, but again, I really did nothing. I feel so bad about the guy getting hurt and I am just waiting to see if the guy is alright on the news tonight or tommorow.

you were bumpin music with other cars around that were forced to be near you, you were wrong for that. u play music for yourself, not others....correct? if ur not going anymore than 40 with passing traffic, meaning if ur going 40 with a car forced to be beside u, turn it down. u were wrong for that. u annoyed this guy so yes....wrong. u were not wrong though for trying to give a hand with the guy, nor did u cause the wreck. it was wrong for the guy to swing, but if i were him ida said something to u as well.

x10 on the stupid driver deserves harm. lmao. i honestly like to see wrecks endangering those only driving wreckless. i once was beside a lady in a huge dodge ram 1500 quad cab and i was driving my little b2200 mazda (wish i still had it) but anyways, my truck was loud for age and exhaust reasons, and i guess she thought i was trying to race her? she took off to try and pass me and turn on to the next road. well fate has it that she couldnt make the turn and t-boned a camry. i couldnt stop at the scene, i cant see people like that, it was an amazing site that i have yet to speed and drive crazy since then.

Call me immature, I am, I'm 16 years old, but I would've completely decked the guy. You are actually covered under self defense as long as you aren't using anything to an advantage. Most older jagoffs that think they can kick the crap out of you simply because they are older really get scared if you come at them. I know because a friend of mine was in a road rage situation like this where some big *** trashy guy got out of his little Chevy Lumina after he was cut off and started screaming at my friend coming at him with clenched fists. My friend got right back in his face and prepared to fight and he scared the living shit out of the trash and he went back in his car. I've seen mannny more examples lol that was just one. PM me if you want some good stories.

IDK its kinda funny keeping older people in line...

Would decking the guy make the situation any better? Definitely not. But at least he'll know next time not to run his mouth off just because hes in the presence of a stressful situation.

I'm pretty sure that wouldn't be my 1st instinct though, if some older person came at me with the intention to hurt me I'd prolly be scared shitless. Once that first rush of adrenaline goes though I'd either beat the shit out of him or be a complete @$$hole punk teen and do as he says and blast my stereo as loud as I could.

As for the other guy driving the motorcycle good luck to him. I'm not going to call him a moron and badmouth him, I think he knows what he did wrong.

That kid is lucky is brains arn't all over the pavement. The blood was prob from all the road rash, I doubt he was wearing any leathers. Bad road rash is ****ing HORRIBLE.
