80hp and 80lbs-ft for $3000? seems like a lot of money for such little gains.
go with an audio system. please.

itd be nicer to go faster but with that 3k BUT...............

you're probly gonna be driving a hell of alot faster and endangering you lives and others much more.

youll be more likely to get horrifying huge speeding tickets and or get ur shit impounded.

it's less practical than haveing a bad *** stereo which you can use to its full ability wihtout it endangering your safety the way going fast does.

steet racing as a hobby is something that people should be lynched for IMO. racing at the track is one thing. but if you spend that money on it your gonna wanna use it alot, and its the people hwo constantly race on teh streets are the ones who end up killing others and/or themselves with a lil luck.

not to mention for 3 grand u can get ALLLLOT with audio, where as you're only getting so much with the performance upgrade....not worth it IMO, go with the audio

dude... don't mean to be a prick, but if you're driving a 99EX then I would assume 3K is alot of money for you.. Hell it is alot of money for me and I'm a working professional.

I would do neither!

Save the money as you will need something down the line rather than want this. You'll be ready for a newer car in the next 5 years so start saving a bit now. You'll probably want to by a house in the next 10 years so start now.

Having 3k in the bank is much more valuable than upgrading to a 200 hp POS Honda or some decent system in a crap car.

id say for 3k look at an engine swap

and 80hp for 3k depending on the engine\car its in could be a good deal.

I have a lot of audio stuff already that I planned on using. The 3k saveup was for turbo.

I was wondering if I should save up to 3k for a turbo. But like I said, Im going to spend it on audio now.
