Satellite Audio Confusion!!!

Fellas..I just bought a Sanyo CRSR-10 plug n play receiver...my head unit is a Pioneer DEH-P6700mp...my madness is when I access the plug n play through the aux. the volume drops down and the clarity goes south....(sounds like when you have a walkman and you play the radio and then you switch to tape..the volume goes down...if I access the plug n play through a f/m channel all is well but static is always present to some extent. The audio level is at max on the plug n play..Sounds like the input signal from the plug n play is not high enough but, how would I fix something like that..just say the heck with it and buy a f/m switching box?? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Also, can the satellite antenna pick up noise from a vehicles amplifier power wire if routed next to it

If you have a pioneer you will need the Ip-Bus unit to use a/an aux source which is like $30 from pioneer. If your just using a mini to Rca adapter and pluging the RCa into the back of that radio then that is why the volume sucks becuase your pluging a input(sat. radio tuner) source into output(RCA in teh back of the radio)

Unless you go pioneer direct you will get static from almost 99% of all plug-n-play sat tuners that use a wireless fm modulator that is built into them. I have the Pioneer direct sat tuner on my 8600mp and it's crystal clear, but in my girls car when I use my portable MYFI i do get static but i will directwire it soon, but i will still get a little static.

Man, thing is I do have that Ip - bus connector that plugs in the back of the radio...splits out into two rca's....Pioneer said that the out put from the plug n play is too low...called Sanyo and STILL waiting for ANY response //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif
