I had a friend back in HS with 10-12 mtx 4000 (older black ones). Well, he had 10 twelves, 4 in the trunk, 4 on the back seat, and 2 in the front passenger sorta, all inside of a grand prix. All ported exept the ones in the front seat powered off a few rf amps. 1st comp i ever went to some dude pulled up in a box chevy caprice

I think he had 20 12's or 10's in there. The enclosure took up his whole back seat.

It was shaped like a big C, subs on top, in the middle and the bottom.

It wasnt a flat face.

The guy didnt know shit!! Didn't know where his voltage usually stayed at while @ idle..what size alts he had, how many cubic ft each sub had, if it was each sub had its own chamber...basically he didnt know shit except that he has a loud system.
I also found it funny when he asked "what store is doing all your shit" and I answered him with "myself" he was like wtf. I bet that guy paid well over $2,000 in just labor.

Sounds like you're making excuses in anticipation of getting pwned. No offense, but the issue is what is the actual performance, not the theory behind it or "what he knows." Some people are weathermen, others just want to know whether or not to wear a jacket.

And, based on what you're saying, it sounds like $2k well spent. BTW - Orion is not what it once was. We all know that. Saying "HCCA" ten years ago carried weight. Now, everyone assumes you scored a deal on Ebay.
